Everything you need to know before starting the protocol.

Is this program for beginners?

The protocol is built for beginner-to-intermediate athletes. If you can run 5km, do basic compound lifts, and understand HYROX format, you're ready. Total beginners should build a base first — we recommend 4-6 weeks of consistent training before starting.

How much time per session?

Sessions run 60-90 minutes, five days per week. Two rest or optional days. The longest session is your weekly long run; the shortest is recovery work.

How long do I have access?

Lifetime. One $49 payment. Repeat the program for every race cycle, forever, at no extra cost.

What's your refund policy?

14-day refund if the program isn't right for you.

How is this different from other HYROX programs?

Most HYROX programs are written by coaches who've never raced elite. This one is written by an active world-record holder, based on what he'd actually do as a beginner today. Less theory, more execution.
